Eight Common Terns were present today on the pool, 5 adults and 3 juveniles. At this time of the year their are usually good numbers around but due to the poor breeding season at nearby Kingsbury WP numbers have been well down. This bird was photographed close to the shore line fishing at the eastern end of the pool.
